Avoid allowing the situation to deteriorate to this extent. The nesting underneath the panels has become so severe that the only viable solution is to remove the panels in order to clean out the area. What would have been a straightforward mesh application has escalated into: the cost of removing the panels, cleaning out numerous buckets of nesting material, re-fitting the panels, and subsequently installing anti-bird mesh.
