Hi, Catherine from Training for Learning Co (TLC), now 31 years old. I have been involved in training since 1985, working with staff to improve their skills and business to increase their productivity. I have served on the National Board of AITD Australian Institute of Training & Development for 10 years, and 4 years as National President. In Rotary International - SA, I have managed the week long Leadership program for Youth over 6 years.
At TLC, we offer a range of facilitation services; face to face training, training resources for you to facilitate in your business, and teaching tool resources to help you roll out training in your own environment. Our Train the Trainer program supports those of you facilitating in-house.
Our training resources include trainer’s notes, participant materials & handbooks, power-point presentations and administration papers like attendance records and evaluation forms.
We can facilitate short sessions for you in your business; an hour first thing in the morning, a 30 minute update in your staff meeting, an hour over a lunch get-together or a morning workshop for more in-depth discussion.
