We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated AAC / CFC Installer & Team Leader to head our installation crews and manage upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities
Leading and managing on-site installation crews to ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.
Installing AAC (Hebel) panels and CFC cladding systems accurately according to structural plans.
Ensuring strict adherence to on-site health, safety, and quality control regulations.
Coordinating with builders and project managers effectively.
Requirements
Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with Exterior walls and Cladding installation.
Leadership: Proven skills in team management, organizing crews, and supervising sites.
Certifications: Valid White Card is mandatory.
Licence: Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
Mindset: Highly reliable, self-motivated, and strongly safety-focused.
