An exciting day 1 of framing for an extension at Bridgewater today.
Looking very forward to seeing how this addition looks at the end. I’m sure it will add a lot of extra useful space to the family’s home.
It will include a kitchen, butler’s pantry, living room, seating/dining space and an under main roof alfresco area with outdoor kitchen.

Ready for summer. This is an insulated SolarSpan roofed pergola with mebau posts and beams.

Insulated roofing panels, they are great for keeping the heat of the sun out in summer and the finished ceiling looks amazing.
Down lights can be fitted in the ceiling for a sleek stylish look.

Our latest Bathroom
We have recently helped our clients recreate all of their wet areas in their house. Including an ensuite, a laundry, a powder room, an upstairs bathroom and an upstairs toilet.
These photos are of the upstairs bathroom with some before and after shots.
Freestanding bath
Custom made vanity with exposed plumbing and Caesar stone tops.
Frameless glass shower screen.
Large Niche above the bath and another one in the shower.

This is our latest creation.
Outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ, fridge and a sink with hot and cold water, it has plenty of storage to hide the gas bottles and Bbq tools.
Custom made with
Tasmanian oak doors, stainless steel kickers,
Hand made concrete tops.
The walls are clad in a sandstone stack stone.
Merbau top ledge, and decking.
In the near future we will be installing louver windows, the louvers are a great option for this space, as they dont interupt the view, they keep the elements out and still give you the opportunity to open them up to ventilate the space.
