We’re excited to introduce Andy, our warm, down‑to‑earth Disability Support Worker who’s quickly become a real asset to the team. He has a calm, organised style and a genuine passion for helping people feel more confident and independent in their everyday lives.

Andy is a great match for people who want practical, hands-on support - getting out into the community, building healthy routines around shopping and cooking, and having someone reliable to help with appointments and transport. He’s also very comfortable supporting people with autism and mental health challenges, bringing patience, clear communication, and a focus on calm, low‑stress environments.

If you, your family member, or someone you support could benefit from a steady, supportive presence to walk alongside them as they work toward their goals, Andy could be an excellent fit.
