1 week away from the biggest post rock gig in Adelaide history!

Geomancer has changed forms. We’ve moved to a 4 piece ahead Echoes Festival 2026 , where we’ll be second on the lineup. It kicks off at 3pm on May 9 at Rhino Room Swipe and read on to meet our new members!

Our new drummer is Sid Behl , a multi-instrumentalist who plays in a number of Adelaide bands including Gleam and Knife Party. Sid brings a lot of intensity on the skins and we are happy to have him.

On bass we’ve brought in Sarah Footner from Fever Dream. She’s played everywhere from Mundi Mundi to the Sydney Opera House and was featured on the ABC show Headliners. Another multi-instrumentalist and a powerhouse on bass, we are honoured to have her joining us for the show.

Tyson Mahoney from Mount Void is stepping into second guitar. Tyson has been with Geomancer since we first formed in 2022 and was our original bassist.

Me Hardman Studios and the rest of the band are excited to debut our new line up in just a few weeks. Echoes Fest is going to be one of the best post rock line ups in Aus history. Get tickets via their page. Huge thanks to Matt Elian Hampton and the gang for putting Echoesfest.live together.

Our first gig is coming up soon! May 8th at the Rhino Room - https://echoesfest.live/ we will be on early in the line-up so make sure to get there for the first band after 3pm. Goes right through to midnight.

Celebrating our song "Errant" hitting 1200 streams in just over a month. It may not seem like much but as a smaller artist it means a lot. This is a short ambient track, but expect some epic post rock coming down the pipe soon! Its also nice to see we are getting plays via the algorithm now and not just on playlists or our profile.
