This is what we’ve been talking about. This month’s special at STAX KWS is a 6 hour slow roasted lamb shoulder served with a salad of watercress, radicchio, mint, fresh peas, olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice. Add fetta and all tied together with a salmoriglio sauce (oregano, parsley, garlic, anchovies, lemon juice and olive oil) – all in the hoagie of your choice. Full $12.50, half $8.90
