It takes mature aged workers an average of 20 months to find employment, compared to just 9 months for younger workers.

On the International Day of Older Persons, we recognise the challenges faced by mature-aged individuals in gaining employment.

At Pivot Training, we’re committed to closing this gap. Our wide range of courses support learners of all ages, from upskilling and career changes to building confidence with technology or refreshing literacy and numeracy through our Foundation Skills programs.
