2026 is off to a good start. Demolition commenced at Clarence Park. Site works commenced at Blackwood. Seacliff Park is nearing fit-out stage. Nice to see some curves. All owner-builder projects, with various levels of supervision and assistance from BuildPartners.

Completion and handover of the Goolwa project we were heavily involved with over the past 18+ months. Thanks to Jon Lowe (Architect) and Evoque Homes (Builder). The client is now settling into their new home ahead of the Christmas holidays and are very happy with the outcome.

A huge week at our Mt. Barker project. These photos show progress over just one week. Framing and formwork thanks to Brett & team at Custom Built Carpentry, h**p lime wall started by Hardy H**p Homes, helpers and owners. From slab to completed frame and main external wall within such a short timeframe is a big achievement for everyone involved.

Concrete pour last week for a small architectural project in Mt. Barker. Burnished concrete finish, quite a few details for edge rebates and set-downs for carpet in bedooms, etc.

BuildPartners recently assisted the developer (Fairview Group) with this project at Greenacres, which has just hit the market. We prepared an initial cost estimate, carried out progress inspections during construction, and then provided final sign-off at completion - all ready for sale.
