So, what does Pilates Teacher Training actually look like?

Our Mat Instructor Training is designed to combine the knowledge you need with plenty of opportunity to put that knowledge into practice.

Your training includes:

✨ Online learning covering theory and anatomy
✨ Face-to-face days focused on repertoire and teaching skills
✨ 50 hours of Self Mastery
✨ 25 hours of Observation
✨ 50 hours of Assisted Teaching
✨ 2 progress sign-off sessions
✨ A Final Exam combining teaching, self mastery and a written assignment

The training is structured in modules, allowing you to build your knowledge and teaching skills progressively throughout the program.
