Ok, everything is back online. Sorry about that folks. The cause was an unscheduled outage at our upstream provider. We'll provide more information on the root cause as it becomes available.

It appears at this stage like we may be the subject of a DDOS attack. We are in contact with our upstream network provider.

UPDATE: All customer web servers have now been restored. We have a few ancillary servers and our control panel servers still left to restore. We will be continuing these restores overnight

UPDATE: We are working to restore the last of the shared hosting Linux and Windows web and database servers this morning. We are working through restoring all customer servers.
Once all these servers are restored over the coming days we will be restoring ancillary servers like control panel servers.

UPDATE: Our primary email server mail.expeed.com.au is now back online. We have restored most of the larger Windows web and SQL servers along with a number of customer servers. We will be continuing the restorations over the coming days until all services are back online.
