Microsoft is updating the price of most Microsoft 365 commercial plans on 1 July 2026. Business Premium, the plan we standardise our customers on, is not changing. Most other Business and Enterprise suites will increase by between 5.26% and 33.33%.
If you're already on Business Premium:
You're already on the plan we recommend, and the value is already yours. Your price for that plan stays the same.
If you're on Business Basic or Standard:
The step up to Business Premium is smaller than most expect. With other plans rising on 1 July, Business Premium is often the strongest move. And it's the plan we'd recommend.
If you’re on Microsoft 365 E3, E5, F1 or F3:
We don’t recommend any changes to your plan, as these are likely a requirement for the specific setup of your business or organisation.
Contact us before 1 July if you'd like to review your plan or look at moving to Business Premium.
