Cutting acrylic mirror was a real test for the laser but the results speak for themselves! A customer came to us with this design and was after a finish that matched the cake. The mirror finish really set it off.

What a super job this was! A customer came to us with a template for an idea and a few tweaks in mind just to top it off. The new laser cutter is proving to be quite the hero, I sincerely hope you enjoyed your wedding and we are thankful to have been able to make it a little more special and personal. This piece really takes the cake!

We've been playing around with monochrome etching and cutting acrylic and MDF, the results speak for themselves.

Here's a challenge we 'faced' recently, a print and paint job. A customer came to us with an idea for a birthday present and some 3D files from thingiverse user Killonious. Our incredible decorator did an amazing job gluing, filling, sanding, and painting!

A recent job for a customer needing a part to fit his phone is this custom center console. We designed the part from the customers specifications and got it to him within a couple days.

A customer came to us with the small file for this mikroquad frame. These tiny quadcopters are about the size of your palm and was a real test of the printers resolution on a small scale.

We designed and printed over 30 skull buttons for Mikayla's cosplay. Button holes in the eyes was our solution for making these easy to sew into the dress.

The proud young owner of this ford ranger wanted to tow trailers like his father, so they drew up this file sent it our way to be printed. Even after the torture test of the child using the trailer, the part is still holding strong!

Over 100 hours of prints and 1kg of plastic went into this Witch Mercy Staff for Zalaria Cosplay.

We were challenged with making the end of the staff spin like it does in game. This build started off as an original model designed by Jill Cope, after printing the entire model we edited the files to provide space for a small geared motor, battery and custom motor controller board.

Finding a motor controller small enough to fit in the limited space of the staff was a struggle and led to designing and building a custom motor controller board incorporating a small Arduino micro controller to program the desired speed. We also designed and laser cut custom 'wing' stand offs in clear acrylic to simulate the levitating wings in game. Can't wait to see this thing painted.
