Dumpling Lab has just opened a new branch on Hindley Street and we were invited to check it out. Tried their best sellers of dumplings (of course!) And Laksa Noodles. Couldn't resist ordering some soup dumplings because you can never have too much dumplings. You can pick from 8 different dumpling fillings, whether you want them steamed or fried and choose the sauce. We went for Pork & Pickled Vege and that was juicy as. You can literally see the juice as I bite into it. Also got Pork Prawn and Chives. Both pan fried, one with Chilli Oil 🌶 and the other with special D-Lab Sauce. We also ordered some Edamame for greens, Beef Curry Roll, Xiao Long Bao, Chicken Laksa Noodles and BBQ Pork Bao because I was watching a Chinese movie last night and they kept eating bao so now I want one. They also do rice dishes and other popular sides such as Chinese style mushroom salad, shallot pancakes, salt and pepper squid or tofu.
