We’re officially off the tools for a well-earned Christmas break 🎄🛠️

CTP Carpentry & Maintenance team will be on leave for the Christmas & New Years holidays, returning for exciting new projects on Monday 12 January, 2026.

Successfully completed this great project in Seaford Rise before the year ended. The dark textured floating floor and raised skirting board achieved a colonial look perfectly. Very cost effective and beautifully finished.

Big thanks to the crew at Hooked On Cranes & Rigging for jumping in on short notice for this project- on time, professional, and keen to get stuck in to it. Appreciate the positive attitude and the extra help (and interest!) with the Jolong Window Adelaide retro-fit sliding door installs. Always great working with legends who go the extra mile to help out small businesses. 👊

Throwback to custom-made shadow line door jamb and a massive custom-made timber slated entrance door.

New deck constructed by CTP Carpentry and Maintenance, replacing old pavers with a beautifully finished Merbau deck, complementing a Jolong Window Adelaide double glazed bi-fold door. Looking impressive and updated nicely, outstanding effort team 💪🏽🔨

Orroroo decking project now complete 🔨
The team worked through some hot conditions but still delivered a high-quality finish, perfectly complementing the cladding. We appreciate the opportunity to work alongside Longridge Group on this project🏡

Installation of cladding is underway at Orroroo, with deck construction scheduled to commence shortly. 💪🏽🔨
