Looking to fall pregnant soon? Our researchers want to help women create a healthy start. 💛

We’re seeking women who are planning pregnancy to help us find out whether diet and lifestyle changes before conception can improve health outcomes during pregnancy and birth.

Participants will receive pre-conception care information and must be living in South Australia.

Researchers from the University of Adelaide are hoping to understand healthy habits for women planning a pregnancy in the next two years 🤰

All participants will have access to pre-conception health recommendations and meet with the study midwife. Half of the participants will also be randomly allocated to receive counselling from a dietitian and health coaching for 6 months.
