Tonight we have something special for Thursday night dinner club.

Kangaroo & dark ale pie with saltbush potato topping and pepper berry jus poured tableside. 🥧

This Thursday, we’re pairing it with wines from Munda Wines — an Aboriginal-owned label built around connection to Country, culture and story, producing wines that genuinely reflect the land they come from.

Big flavours. Strong stories. Very South Australian energy.

This Thursday, Daniel & Huon from Chaffey Bros Wine Co join us for Dinner Club with wines flowing all night alongside Chef Nathan’s very own Marry Me Chicken Pappardelle 💍

Creamy garlic mascarpone sauce, paprika & basil spiced chicken, chilli, spinach and parmesan shave.

By the end of the night, you’ll understand exactly why they call it Marry Me Chicken.

12 months ago, we nearly lost it.

An oven went rogue… turned the place into a sauna and shut us down overnight.

We thought everything stopped.

It didn’t. Because of you.

A year on, we’re still here.
Grateful. Still going.

Thursday Night Dinner Club returns this week 🍷

We’re pouring wines with Henry Hardy from , bringing the stories and the good stuff direct from the bottle.

In the kitchen, the special is a proper Ribwich; smoked pork, stacked into a soft roll, sweet pickles, onions and bbq sauce with a side of golden potato gems 🤤
