Maarten Gibson ( ) was eight years old, home alone in France, figuring out lunch by himself. That's where it all started.
Born in the Netherlands, raised across France and Spain, his palate was always going to end up somewhere interesting.
For three years he held down a corporate job. Then he handed in his notice and bet on food instead.
He's self taught, refreshingly honest about his mistakes, and building something real from the ground up. His series From Corporate to Chef pretty much says it all.

Victor Roussel (.chef ) found cooking at 13, during cancer treatment. It was a distraction that quietly became everything.
He spent five years in three Michelin star kitchens, learned what most chefs spend a lifetime chasing, then sailed the world as head chef on superyachts. Now he travels globally, cooking privately for a billionaire client.
In between, he comes home and makes videos. French, Italian, Mediterranean, Asian; whatever flavor he's chasing that week.
