It's so fluffy I'm gonna die!!! I actually love bhature because 1. They're delicious, duh. And 2. I love giving them a poke and watching them deflate! Chole Bhature is a . popular street delicacy meal in Northern India, particularly in Punjab, Delhi, and Rawalpindi Pakistan.
