⭐️1000⭐️

The biggest milestone yet!

Last week we had the very first entry into our “1000 club” at TMP 🤩

It’s not going to be much of a club for a while, as the next person is still 150 sessions away, but that makes us even prouder of our lisamatys for making 1000 sessions well before anyone else at TMP!
Even a moon boot and a sling couldn’t keep her away and it’s been the best ride 💪

Onto the next 1000!

-SPECIALTY-

We’ve got another specialty session coming up at TMP and this one is all about turning your frown upside down 🙃!

And yourself.

Very relevant for our next challenge (hint 😉), but always fun to learn new skills, like wall walks, handstands, working on standing upside down without the wall, anything else we can think of and would like to learn!

-PUBLIC HOLIDAY-

Next Monday is a public holiday in South Australia, so that means we get a lovely little sleep in, an extra day off, but it doesn’t mean we have to miss out on gym!

It’s our first day of a new training block for RESIST so all the more reason to come in and lift some weights and/or get your sweat on!

A couple of the TMP team hit their next Milestone the last few weeks 💪
Hailey and Jocelyn made it into the 300 club and Nat and Caz made it into the 500 club! 🤩

On Thursday May 28th we’ve got Jordan from PhysioFit Findon coming to teach us about how to keep our shoulders happy and healthy 💪

As most of us sit at desks all day, keeping your shoulders in the right posture and moving through the right ranges of motion can be hard..
but it doesn’t have to stop you from being able to train and live you life!
