We decided to separate the two business to enable us to provide clarity of message. i.e., Graphite CM - Custom Home Specialist and Graphite BI-Building Inspection/consultancy Specialist.

Founder and CEO Michael Candeloro has 20 years’ experience within the Construction Industry and has successfully completed many courses including a Degree in Construction Management (Hon). He has worked as a Project Manager, Supervisor and multiskilled contractor.
We are a licenced active builder, therefore Australian Standards, NCC, regulations, tolerances and building practices are always fresh and constantly at the forefront of our minds.
