L'Association InfoCons annonce le lancement du projet « ProEduHub — Faciliter l'accès des jeunes Roumains de la diaspora à l'enseignement en Roumanie. Rentre à la maison ! », un projet financé par le Département pour les Roumains de Partout (DRP). Le projet se déroule du 1er août au 30 octobre 2026 et s'adresse aux jeunes Roumains de la diaspora (15–25 ans) et à leurs familles dans les deux pays cibles — l'Italie et la Belgique — dans le but de les reconnecter avec l'offre d'enseignement supérieur de la Roumanie.

À propos du projet

ProEduHub répond à un besoin réel : les jeunes Roumains de la diaspora et leurs familles ne disposent pas d'un point unique, crédible et accessible d'information concernant les études supérieures en Roumanie. Le projet crée un canal intégré d'information et de conseil, structuré autour de cinq composantes complémentaires :

une plateforme en ligne dédiée sur le site de l'Association InfoCons, qui réunit l'offre éducative des quatre universités partenaires ;
une ligne téléphonique de conseil — une extension dédiée ProEduHub de la ligne 021 9615 / *9615 — avec un horaire adapté aux fuseaux horaires de la diaspora ;
médiatisation dans la diaspora — campagnes numériques ciblées (Italie et Belgique) et partenariats avec des publications des communautés roumaines ;
matériels d'information — guide, brochures, supports vidéo et infographies dédiés ;
un programme pilote avec les universités partenaires — USVT, l'Université de Bucarest, l'Université Politehnica de Bucarest et l'Académie d'Études Économiques de Bucarest.

The InfoCons Association announces the launch of the project "ProEduHub — Facilitating access to education in Romania for young Romanians in the diaspora. Come home!", a project funded by the Department for Romanians Everywhere (DRP). The project runs from 1 August to 30 October 2026 and is aimed at young Romanians in the diaspora (aged 15–25) and their families in the two target countries — Italy and Belgium — with the goal of reconnecting them with Romania's higher education offering.

About the project

ProEduHub responds to a real need: young Romanians in the diaspora and their families lack a single, credible and accessible point of information regarding higher education studies in Romania. The project creates an integrated information and counselling channel, structured around five complementary components:

a dedicated online platform on the InfoCons Association website, bringing together the educational offerings of the four partner universities;
a telephone counselling line — a dedicated ProEduHub extension of the 021 9615 / *9615 line — with a schedule adapted to the time zones of the diaspora;
outreach in the diaspora — targeted digital campaigns (Italy and Belgium) and partnerships with publications of the Romanian communities;
informational materials — a guide, brochures, video materials and dedicated infographics;
a pilot programme with the partner universities — USVT, the University of Bucharest, the Politehnica University of Bucharest and the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
