Some ideas are just better when exchanged in person. We are very grateful to everyone who found the time in their busy schedules to join us in Belgrade, Serbia.

We enjoyed three days of getting to know each other and our business better. Days were filled with insights into broader Balkan market, interesting discussions and suggestions, for which we are exceptionally grateful. It is local boots on the ground who know best what METOS users expect and how we can actually make their daily field activities more effective.

We are confident that we have paved the way for a traditional Meet and Greet event in the Balkan region. We are already looking forward to the next one!

This week is a beautiful reminder that in METOS, distance really is just a number.

Our marketing team is lucky to have Lívia Bruno, our wonderful Metos Brasil by Pessl Instruments marketing team lead, joining us for a full week of workshops, collaboration, sharing ideas, learning from each other, and, of course, getting to know each other beyond the screens.

And because the best connections don’t happen only in meeting rooms, we’ve also been exploring Austria and Slovenia together, with some amazing food and drinks along the way. 🍷🍽️

Our CEO, Gottfried Pessl, took us for an exquisite dinner at the Buchenschank near Riegersburg castle. A dreamy setting, wonderful food, great conversations... basically the perfect evening. And honestly, the setting was almost as dreamy as the team itself. 😄✨

We also had David Whattoff from the UK and our VP of Sales, Benedikt Pircher, join us for dinner in Maribor. And naturally, we had čevapčiči, because some things are simply non-negotiable.

We may be connected all around the world, but when we get together, it feels surprisingly close to home. That’s the magic of METOS. 💚
