In between rehearsals of Pirates of Penzance comes practice of the Moonlight Sonata. I feel incredibly grateful these days that I’m busy with so many different styles of music - operetta, opera, piano music, Lied…it’s all so rewarding and so exciting ❤️

This email changed my life. Just last year, I was a pianist who liked to sing and put songs on my recital programs. I’m still that, but now I’m ALSO an opera singer in Vienna?? 🤯

I will never stop being thankful to and its Opernstudio team (.lenhard .lischka) for taking a chance on this pianist and giving me a stage to sing, act, and dance on. 7 months in and 7 different shows down!

More than anything though, these dear dear fellow Opernstudio artists .flaskamp .alkhovik .fheodoroff .aguilera.y have created the most wonderful and supportive environment that PROBABLY doesn’t exist in any other opera studio in the world - and that’s something I will brag about endlessly.

Though my time in this opera studio ends in summer 2026, keep an eye out for future seasons - plans for concerts and operas in Europe, the US, and Asia are materializing, and I couldn’t be more grateful ♥️
