José Carlos Velayarse (1986) Velayarse es un pintor peruano que vive Viena.
Estudió pintura en la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú egresando primero en su clase, tiene una maestría en Creación Artística Contemporánea otorgado por la Universidad de Barcelona. Actualmente pertenece a la Asociación Internacional de Arte IAA, es también director de la Galería Accidental y es profesor de dibujo y pintura en la Fundación Milat de Viena-Austria.
