Egkrateia Roumpou

Εκεί συμβαίνει το Between Bites
_______________________________________________

An exhibition about what happens around a table.
Between silence and conversation.
Between the familiar and the unknown.
Between what we feel and what we allow to show.
Between the surface and what lies beneath.
Between ourselves and others.

This is where Between Bites takes place.

BETWEEN BITES · The moment between the act of consumption and what remains afterwards. Attraction and detachment, materiality and emptiness. A pause in between — the moment when the image remains, while human presence has already departed.

The table as a site of presence and absence.
What remains after the encounter?

Traces.

A table for what
doesn’t need to be present.
