2 MWp auf anspruchsvollem Terrain ☀️⚡️

Auf dem Gelände eines Natursteinwerks in Deutschland entstand eine rund 2 MWp starke Freiflächenanlage mit unserem COMPACTGROUND GS15.

Die anspruchsvollen Bodenbedingungen stellten besondere Anforderungen an die Umsetzung. Dank der flexiblen Befestigungsmöglichkeiten mit Erdnägeln und/oder Ballastwannen kann das System mit einer Eindringtiefe von maximal 60 cm oder sogar ganz ohne Eingriff ins Erdreich realisiert werden. Damit eignet es sich auch für kritische Böden, auf denen klassisches Rammen nicht möglich oder erlaubt ist – etwa auch bei Altdeponien oder Abwasseranlagen.

2 MWp on challenging terrain ☀️⚡️

At a natural stone plant in Germany, a 2 MWp ground-mounted PV system was installed using our COMPACTGROUND GS15.

The challenging ground conditions placed special demands on the installation. Thanks to flexible mounting options using ground nails and/or ballast trays, the system can be installed with a maximum ground pe*******on depth of just 60 cm – or even without any ground pe*******on at all. This makes it ideal for critical ground conditions where conventional pile driving is not possible or permitted – including former landfills or wastewater treatment facilities.

Dachanbindung und Montagesystem werden gemeinsam ausgelegt und statisch berechnet – bis zum fertigen Projektbericht. So stehen für unterschiedliche Dachkonstruktionen noch mehr Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung, ohne den gewohnten Planungsprozess zu verlassen.

More options for roof attachments – directly in AEROTOOL. 🔥

Selected roof attachment solutions from Steirer-Blech and JACOBI are now integrated into AEROTOOL and can be planned directly with our COMPACTPITCH rail systems.
The roof attachment and mounting system are planned together and statically calculated – all the way through to the final project report. This provides even more options for different roof structures while keeping everything within the familiar planning process.

Schritt für Schritt nimmt die Anlage weiter Form an und zeigt, wie wichtig eine saubere Vorbereitung für eine effiziente Montage auf der Baustelle ist.

The second construction phase of our 1 MWp reference project is underway: ballast, cable management, rails and all other system components are complete – and the first modules are now being installed.

Work has officially started on a 1 MWp agrivoltaic project in the Province of Padua, Italy!

The installation will be equipped with a single-axis tracker structure and a minimum clearance of 2.1 meters from the ground, enabling the coexistence of solar energy production and agricultural use.

Manche Projekte vergisst man doch nie, oder? ⛰️☀️

Die Totalphütte auf 2.385 m Seehöhe ist genau so ein Projekt. Hochalpin gelegen, starken Wind- und Schneelasten ausgesetzt und alles andere als ein Standarddach.

Nachdem Anfang 2019 eine gewaltige Schneelawine die Hütte samt Solaranlage nahezu völlig zerstört hatte, wurde sie wieder aufgebaut. Seit Juli 2020 steht die Totalphütte am Fuße der Schesaplana wieder am selben Standort – moderner, robuster und bereit für extreme alpine Bedingungen.

Gemeinsam mit Strom vom Dach entstand nach dem Wiederaufbau eine 10 kWp PV-Anlage mit unserem COMPACTPITCH XW System. Eine Lösung, die dort funktionieren muss, wo Schnee, Wind und Höhe echte Herausforderungen sind.

Wir möchten diese Bilder noch einmal mit euch teilen, weil die Totalphütte für uns einfach etwas ganz Besonderes ist. Ein Projekt, das zeigt: Mit der richtigen Planung und dem passenden Montagesystem ist Solarenergie auch dort möglich, wo andere längst aufhören. 💚

Some projects you never forget. ⛰️☀️

The Totalphütte at 2,385 m is exactly one of those projects. Located high in the Alps, exposed to strong wind and snow loads, and anything but a standard roof.

After a massive snow avalanche almost completely destroyed the hut, including its solar system, in early 2019, it was rebuilt. Since July 2020, the Totalphütte has been standing again in the same location – more modern, more robust and ready for extreme alpine conditions.

Together with Strom vom Dach, a 10 kWp PV system was installed after the rebuild using our COMPACTPITCH XW system. A solution that has to perform where snow, wind and altitude create real challenges.

We wanted to share these images with you once again because the Totalphütte is simply something very special to us. A project that shows: with the right planning and the right mounting system, solar energy is possible even where others would stop. 💚
