Hi, I'm Kevin, a Lead Solutions Engineer at . 👋 I never imagined I’d build a career centered around customer conversations—but taking that leap turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made.

My path in tech was traditional: help desk, IT admin, NOC engineer, and eventually DevOps. I was always most comfortable “behind the scenes”, solving problems and delivering results. Being naturally introverted, I felt right at home there.

When a former colleague told me about the Solutions Engineering role at Dynatrace, the idea of stepping into a customer-facing job felt like a real stretch outside my comfort zone. But I went for it.

What drew me in was the technology.🧑‍💻
Having worked with several competing tools, I was impressed the first time I saw the Dynatrace platform. Its capabilities—particularly around AI-driven insights and root cause analysis—stood out immediately.

I knew I'd be challenged— real growth meant building soft skills to match my technical ones. I invested time in learning how to deliver great demos and presentations, practicing with anyone willing to listen. What once felt uncomfortable became second nature.

One of the most rewarding moments in this role came after a call with a prospective customer. They followed up to say it was one of the most insightful conversations they'd had in a long time—that they felt truly understood, both in their challenges and how Dynatrace could help. Moments like that make this role's impact real.

What keeps me here is the culture. 🚀
Here, we prioritize people, not just resumes. Whether I’m connecting with someone on the East Coast, West Coast, or across the globe, there’s a consistent mindset: “How can I help?”

To any engineer wondering if this job is for them: take the leap. The growth is worth it.

Hi from our office kitchens around the world! 🥐

Like every quarter, Dynatracers gathered for our Global Team Breakfast. Same morning, same idea, just a few time zones apart. This time, it took place during Mental Health Awareness Month, so a special wellbeing bingo was a perfect conversation starter.

It's a small but meaningful tradition that brings us closer together — within and across our locations. Check out some highlights from around the globe. 🌍

🥳 The best way to celebrate this award felt obvious: ask Dynatracers for the real stories behind the stats that made us one of the top employers in Austria and Poland.

Great Place To Work® just released its ranking of top employers in both countries, home to our major R&D hubs. And here's what makes it count: the ranking is built entirely on honest, confidential feedback from Dynatracers themselves, collected last year. Not a panel. Not us. Them.

A few of the stats they make real in the video:
95% say this is a fun place to work
98% say we celebrate special events
96% say people care about each other here
92% say they're encouraged to balance work and life

What does a recruiter actually look at in the first 10 seconds of scanning your CV? And how do you get those things right? 👀

Armina, Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at Dynatrace, reviews dozens of R&D CVs every day. Before diving into your experience, she scans for key details: your name, location, most recent job title, how long you've been at your latest company, and your core responsibilities.

So her #1 tip: get the basics right. Make these details well-presented, structured, and easy to spot.

Dynatrace PowerGirls go Starter Girl Hack[athon]. 🌱

PowerGirls is our free six-month program for students of Gdańsk universities, helping young women build the skills and confidence to kick-start successful careers in tech.

This year, the girls from the program also joined the two-day Girl Hack powered by Starter Gdańsk, where they teamed up to test their teamwork, brainstorm and build prototypes that tackle a single real-life challenge, and explore how new technologies can help solve it.

Big shoutout to the Dynatracers who supported the event: Karolina Linda for joining as a mentor, Kamil Bakierzyński for giving a presentation about AI, and Michał Bojko for evaluating the final projects as a member of the jury.

What happens when you bring 100+ SREs, platform engineers, and cloud practitioners into one room in Barcelona? 👀

This May, the first-ever SREday came to Barcelona—and we're proud to have been part of it, both as venue and on the stage. A great community spent the day swapping incident stories and digging into what reliability really looks like in production.

Andi Grabner, Fellow DevRel at Dynatrace, opened the day with his keynote "Stranger Platforms: The Two Sides of Observability and Resiliency in Your IDP."

Dani Coll, Sr. Platform Advocate, teamed up with Heather T. from Gatling for "What Happened and Why: Correlating Load Testing with Observability."

Thanks to the SREday team for bringing the event to our Barcelona office. 🚀 If observability is a world for you—we're hiring. Join our team in Barcelona and around the world: https://dynatr.ac/4cRiyNj

Two years in, and our Green Weeks just keep growing. 💚

From Earth Day on April 22 through May 8, Dynatracers came together for 15+ events and volunteering activities. Big thanks to our Green Team for making it happen. They got us together, in person and remotely, to take real action for the environment we share and live in around the world.

During the Green Weeks, our offices rolled out reusable lunchboxes, ran countless cleaning events, planted herbs, and took on green challenges. Dynatracers gathered for sustainable lunches and picnics, swapped clothes, brewed kombucha, learned sustainable gift wrapping, and even toured local recycling stations. ♻️
