Last Thursday, we celebrated the official topping-out ceremony. This is a significant milestone for us in the realization of the project.

A huge thank you to our amazing team, as well as to all partners and collaborators who contributed to reaching this stage.

A special acknowledgment goes to our project lead, Monika Raczyńska-Piller, who takes on the daily challenges of the construction site with unwavering commitment.

Groundbreaking for the Raiffeisenstrasse Housing Project! 👷‍♀️🚀👏

Last Tuesday marked the official start of construction for the Raiffeisenstrasse Housing Project in Graz. We’re excited to see the development of this new green and livable city district, which will offer high-quality urban living.

The carefully designed buildings form two generous inner courtyards, while publicly accessible open spaces will create green recreational areas for the wider community. In a park-like setting with scattered tree plantings, residents will enjoy playgrounds, seating areas, grassy mounds, benches, and zones for relaxation.

Groundbreaking for the Central Kitchen 🍽🚧👷‍♀️

Last Friday marked the official groundbreaking ceremony for the new Central Kitchen in Stadt Graz. Completion is expected in autumn 2026.

We’re proud to be part of this important project that will play a vital role in nourishing the community.
The Kitchen Graz prepares thousands of fresh meals every day, currently supplying 160 childcare and social institutions, with up to 10,000 portions served on peak days.
