Best Practice Sharing geht in die nächste Runde ✨
Gemeinsam mit dem Styrian Service Cluster durften wir erneut Gastgeber für einen spannenden Austausch rund um KI im Service an unserem Headquarter in Frohnleiten sein.
Für Komptech ist guter Service ein wichtiger Teil starker Lösungen. Deshalb ist der Austausch rund um KI, Effizienz und kundenorientierten Service für uns besonders relevant.
Mit Impulsen von Microsoft und Fraunhofer Austria bot das Best Practice Sharing wertvolle Perspektiven darauf, wie Serviceprozesse in der Praxis weiterentwickelt werden können.

During the KT X-perience Days, we welcomed a Japanese delegation to Austria, including team members from our partner, end customers and prospects.
One thing was especially important to us: bringing our Japanese customers closer to the people, applications and solutions behind Komptech.
Because customers are at the heart of what we do. Listening, understanding their needs and learning from each other helps us create better solutions — across markets, cultures and many kilometres.

Demo Day live in Croatia 🇭🇷
A successful day filled with live machine demonstrations, valuable conversations and hands-on insights.
Together with Teknoxgroup, we showcased a broad range of Komptech machines in Vinkovci and Nijemci — including the Crambo 3400, Multistar S3, Maxx E, Topturn X and Hurrikan S. ⚙️

Together with our partner Hantsch Environnement and Racinebyracine in France, customers had the chance to see our machines working with real materials and real site conditions.
Across two days, Hantsch and Racine organized a programme with live demonstrations, diverse expert talks, practical insights and plenty of time for personal exchange.
Our machines were shown in operation, including the Lacero, Axtor, Multistar, Multistar L3c, Hurrikan, Stonefex, Cribus, Terminator Xtron and Nemus.
A big thank you to Hantsch and Racine for the perfect organization and to everyone who joined this Event.

Sharing insights in Spain 🇪🇸🤝
Together with our new sales partner for mobile machines, MYCSA, we conducted an extensive sales training in Spain.
Around 40 participants from their sales, service and spare parts teams, as well as partner companies, joined the training to expand their knowledge of our machines.
The mornings focused on theoretical sessions covering the Axtor, Crambo, Lacero and Terminator x-tron. In the afternoons, the machines were demonstrated live in action, giving participants valuable hands-on insights.
A great mix of theory, practice and inspiring exchange with a highly motivated team! 🌍♻️

Austausch in Spanien 🇪🇸🤝
Gemeinsam mit unserem neuen Vertriebspartner für Mobilmaschinen, MYCSA, haben wir eine umfassende Schulung in Spanien durchgeführt.
Rund 40 Teilnehmer:innen aus Vertrieb, Service und Ersatzteilvertrieb sowie Partnerunternehmen nutzten die Schulung, um ihr Wissen rund um unsere Maschinen zu vertiefen.
Am Vormittag standen theoretische Einheiten zu Axtor, Crambo, Lacero und Terminator x-tron im Fokus. Nachmittags wurden die Maschinen live im Einsatz präsentiert und sorgten für wertvolle praxisnahe Einblicke.
Eine gelungene Kombination aus Theorie, Praxis und inspirierendem Austausch mit einem hochmotivierten Team! 🌍♻️
