Primesoft is growing, and we are looking to create our own in-house design team to help build beautiful, intuitive experiences. You will be designing applications, websites, user interface elements, delivering the best online user experience using various methodologies and the latest technologies.

Job responsibilities

1. Ensure experiences are intuitive and make finding relevant information easy, buying desired products seamless, and encourages users to come back often

2. Produce high-quality design solutions and optimize existing user experiences using wireframes and prototypes

3. Design pixel-perfect user experiences and user interfaces to be implemented within a product

4. Take part in user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing

5. Collaborate and communicate with product management, designers, and engineers to ensure the creation of tailored experiences for the user, and implementations that balance performance and brand experience

Qualifications

1. 0-1 years experience as a UI/UX designer

2. Demonstrated understanding of "design thinking" and experience solving complex problems in a highly user-centric way

3. Understanding the concept of B2B communications

4. Comfortable working autonomously as well as in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces

5. Minimum knowledge of industry tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Invision

6. Good knowledge of industry tools such as XD, Illustrator

7. Background in designing for mobile-first platforms

8. Impressive design portfolio ( Works can be both finished and not finished, can be both commercial products and hobby products)
