This is 47years female with pain in the proximal left lateral thigh since 2years, which gradually increased in the last 4months . Clinical and MRI of left thigh diagnosis left iliotibial band syndrum with trochontric chronic bursitis. Plan for surgery removed trochantric bursectomy with iliotibial band syndrome releases.
Kindly given opinion ???

Case 34, Ariana hx

This is 28 years male operated 5years ago for proximal shaft fracture left femur, he came after 5years which x ray complete healed bone. surgery done and removal of DCP Broad plate with screws. Pre and post operative x ray attached.

27years male with known case of impingement syndrome right shoulder due to post operative clavicula fracture fixation 5months ago, abduction 30degree , surgery plan for removal of implant in the right clavicula. Now movement of shoulder painless.

36 years male falldwon from track car, got sever pain with swelling in the right knee , grossly deformity in the knee and not able to stand and walk. X ray show right tibial plateau communited fracture (type fifth). ACL and meniscus tear.
