In September 2026, Mariella and Noah started their apprenticeships as medical device sales representatives at L&R Austria in Vienna. Together with the other apprentices in Vienna and Schönau (👉 see the picture), they represent a generation that brings motivation, curiosity, and a genuine interest in our profession and our customer base.

Humanitarian crises continue to affect millions of people worldwide. While we cannot solve every challenge, we can contribute where help is needed most.

That is why L&R continues to support humanitarian organizations through extensive product donations. Together, we help ensure that essential medical products reach people who lives have been disrupted by war, disasters and other emergencies. Once again this year, there was a special focus on donations to nonprofit organizations providing aid to war victims in Ukraine. In total, people in 26 countries received support through our donations.

This achievement would not have been possible without the commitment of our colleagues and partner organizations and especially our team. We all thrive to make a meaningful impact.
