On this Defence Day, we honour the valour and sacrifice of our Armed Forces and every Pakistani who has contributed to the safety and strength of our nation.

September marks another milestone in WAADA’s journey, as we continue to turn vision into reality through steady progress across the masterplan.

• Masjid-e-Rafi: Slabs for the Imam’s house first floor and mosque mezzanine have been cast.

• Altura: Shoring, piling and excavation at Altura 1 are complete, while foundation, waterproofing and raft works advance at Altura 2.

• Villas: Foundation, mock-up villas and water tank works are progressing across the 4-bedroom semi detached and 6-bedroom villas.

• Townhouses: Concrete casting for the first-floor and roof slabs, ground-floor and first-floor column works, and internal finishing works for the mock-up are all in progress.

• Cascada 1: Zone A raft works are underway, with the first tower crane now installed.

• Show Apartments: The 2-bedroom show apartment is complete, while the studio, 1 and 3-bedroom mock-ups progress at the Dubai South Sales Center.

Across the masterplan, WAADA continues to move forward, one milestone at a time.
