With recent updates from the Central Bank of the UAE, several banks are changing their lending policies:

▪️DIB Bank: No more financing for DLD fees or agent commissions—starting now!
▪️RAK Bank: Still covers DLD fees but has paused support for agent commissions—stay tuned for updates!
▪️ADIB Bank: Effective January 23, no more financing for DLD fees or agent commissions.
▪️Emirates NBD: Still financing fees for applications submitted before January 31!
