Chisel N Stride is a boutique fitness studio located in Sobha Hartland Greens (Building 2) consists of 2 zones: a Stride Zone and a Chisel Zone. Between the two zones we offer tread bootcamp, strength, pilates, barre and yoga classes. Need specialized attention, we also offer 1-1 personal training.

When we realized Bomi (from our PT program) and HJ (from Group Ex) were the same age, from the same neighborhood in South Korea, and living right here in our community, we knew they had to meet.
Fast forward to today: HJ has officially convinced Bomi to step out of her comfort zone and join her in our group classes! Seeing our Chisel N Striders support each other is exactly why we do what we do. Community isn’t just about where you live; it’s about finding a piece of “home” wherever you are. 🏠✨

With so much time spent on phones and calls lately, your neck and upper back are taking the hit. Today at Chisel N Stride, we focused on “unplugging” the tension in the cervical spine through targeted release and strengthening work.

This month started as us continuing our 2026 fitness journey with intensity building up month by month. The focus now in this unprecedented time has shifted our focus to using exercise as a means to calm down the mind. Our focus remains to not give you time to think too much and keep you moving for 45 minutes to enable your brain to shift its focus to nothing but connecting itself to the muscle and nervous system. If you are feeling low, anxious, highly wired up, join us at the studio for any class your body feels like doing

Safety isn’t a “nice to have” at Chisel N Stride. It’s the standard.
The reformer is an incredible tool — and it’s also a piece of equipment with moving parts, springs, load, and momentum. When it’s used without the right setup, cues, and control, things can go wrong fast.
That’s why we only teach reformer privately on a 1-1 basis. Not because it’s exclusive — because it’s responsible.
In a 1:1 session, you get:
- The machine set up for your body (spring load, footbar, straps, headrest)
- Hands-on coaching for safe transitions and technique
- Real-time corrections so you don’t “guess” your way through a movement
- Programming that matches your experience level, injuries, and goals
Group classes are amazing for energy, community, and consistency — but reformer work deserves full attention. We’d rather do it properly than do it at scale.
