The Manicaland Scout Youth Forum has successfully come to a close, marking a powerful moment of youth engagement, leadership, and collaboration.

This year’s forum was made even more impactful through our partnership with the Junior Vice President Patrick D. Masakura and the Minister of Skills Development & Audit Nicky Manunure, whose presence and support reinforced the importance of empowering young people to take an active role in shaping their future.

Throughout the forum, Scouts shared ideas, voiced their perspectives, and contributed meaningful solutions on key issues affecting their communities and Scouting at large. The discussions reflected a strong commitment to leadership, innovation, and the Hunhu/Ubuntu values that guide us.

We leave the forum inspired, united, and ready to turn our resolutions into action. The future of Scouting in Manicaland is bright—driven by passionate, skilled, and visionary young leaders.

Delegates at the 19th Africa Scout Conference in elected four voting members to the Africa Scout Committee (ASC) for the 2025–2028 Triennium.

- Isaiah Marikopo – Zimbabwe
- Leonilde Antonieta Tavares Lima - Cape Verde

The Africa Scout Committee serves as the governance body of the Africa Scout Region within WOSM, implementing the Conference’s decisions and acting on its behalf between meetings.
