What a weekend! 🌟 The annual 𝑺𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒗𝒂𝒍𝒆 𝑯𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝑭𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒂𝒍 was a resounding success as we proudly hosted various schools in a celebration of sport, spirit, and community. 🏉🏑

From thrilling rugby matches to high-energy hockey games, the talent on display was incredible. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who took part—and a special shout-out to our generous sponsors, Maguires, for making it all possible. 🙌

🌍💚 World Environment Day at Springvale House 💚🌍

On the 5th June, our pupils (and staff!) dressed in green to show their love for the planet and took part in an inspiring Green Day focused on Ending Plastic Pollution. We were privileged to hear an engaging talk and beautiful presentation by Ben Norton, helping our children understand the power of small changes and the importance of protecting our environment. 🌱💧♻️

Forever Treasure Island was a fun and imaginative play put on by the children of Springvale House. Based on the classic Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson, the play brings the familiar adventure to life with a youthful spin.

The story follows Jim Hawkins and the famous pirate Long John Silver on their search for hidden treasure. The students bring the characters and plot to life with a mix of humor and action, creating a lively atmosphere. With effective set designs and costumes, the play offers a lighthearted take on the classic story, giving the audience an entertaining and enjoyable experience.

The children had an absolute blast yesterday dressing up for World Book Day! A huge effort was made by both pupils and staff, and it was wonderful to see so many creative costumes bringing beloved book characters to life. The day was filled with imagination and excitement.

World Book Day isn’t just about costumes – it’s about celebrating the joy of reading and inspiring a lifelong love of books. A big thank you to everyone who took part in making this day so special!
