All about this Mediterranean inspired baked chicken breast I made for dinner 🤩
Seasoned my chicken and veggies with salt and pepper, dried oregano and smothered some garlic and harissa paste. Splashed on a drizzle of oil and baked for 30ish minutes.
Before plating, added some cubed feta and flat leaf parsley.
So delicious, and quick!

Do you plan your meals in advance?
I have found that that it's a huge help, saves me time thinking "what are having for dinner tonight?"
And it also makes grocery shopping a breeze! I know exactly what to buy, and how much of it.
