We do understand the disappointment you have with the current service level. We do agree it's unacceptable.

You have always known us for our exceptional customer care, however the last 4 months have proven to be the most challenging in our 10 year history.

Firstly most orders are delayed because SHEIN has flights shortages. We have come to expect this around this time of the year. Orders that normally take 2-3 weeks are taking 4-6 weeks in some cases.

Secondly the issue of communication.
The tragic truth is there was simply no one to communicate with you our valued members.
For the second time this year we had to dismiss the entire staff for theft and fraud.
We live in a country that explicitly & publicly endorse workplace dacoity.
This short-sighted, morally bankrupt thinking has real life penalties on real people. When employees coordinate their efforts to embezzle from their employer, the customers pay the price & the company suffers.

If only you knew we lost an equivalent of 7 months revenue to theft. The first group led by Wadzanai & Stewart stole 5 months worth. Then we had Pearl and team of students on attachment who mastered the art of duplicating clients orders.

This year we worked extremely hard to grow our business only to end up with losses of money, reputation and clients. What a terrible year. How's a culture of theft ever ok? Where's the love?

We have systems to detect theft but very few systems can withstand a group of well coordinated employees.

We have new team in place, they're working long hours to clear the backlog. We keep encouraging you to place your orders on ceenine.com as this helps us minimise instances of misconduct.

We are going through all your messages one by one. Either your parcel gets delivered or you get a refund. In our 10 years in business we have never taken a single penny from anyone. We will pay any amount of money if you find even a single soul. We don't reap from other people's fields. We respect ourselves.

Having said all that, we apologize for the inconvenience caused 🙏
Ours is a mission to bring you international goods at very low cost but pain is all we delivered and we're sorry.

We will strive to be better.
