Struggling emotionally doesn’t mean you lack faith. God cares about our mental and emotional well being, and he often uses both spiritual and practical support to restore his people.
In the bible we see faithful people who over God deeply and still went through emotional and mental exhaustion. Elijah David and Jeremiah to name a few.
But God responded with care.
Seeking hell doesn’t replace faith , it can be one d the ways Gods provides healing through wise counsel.

If serving God has left you feeling empty , maybe it’s time to stop breathe , and reconnect with Him.
Not to quit. But to be refilled.
Because God doesn’t just want your hands - he wants your heart. And when your heart is full your service will flow naturally.
Have you ever felt like you’re just going through the motions ? You’re at church. You’re serving. You’re doing “Gods work” but inside , you feel tired , empty , and disconnected.
God never asked us to serve Him without rest or renewal.

We’re not slaves to sin anymore. We have the power ( with Gods help) to say No to sin and Yes to God. God wants us to choose what is right , even when it is hard.
Choose a new way of living.

What is grace ?
Grace is not God Ignoring your sin or lowering his standards.

A fresh start often means hard conversations, accountability, and consistent obedience- not a clean emotional slate. Like Zacchaeus , starting over may include making things right - not to earn forgives but to live out transformed faith.

Starting over without escaping responsibility means embracing Gods grace without using it as a hiding place.
