's first Becoming episode of 2026 opens the year with reflection and resonance.
In this special New Year broadcast, she looks back at the women, movements, and creative voices that shaped 2025 and explore the energetic themes of 2026 through rhythm, symbolism, and spirit.

Her guiding phrase for the year, Quiet Integrity, threads through the conversation: a meditation on slowing down, choosing alignment over urgency, and embodying truth without spectacle.

This is also her only episode for January, as she takes a short break to rest and recalibrate before returning in February.

New Episode: : 's High School Years in Zimbabwe.

Three schools. One restless girl learning the language of change.

From Gateway High School to St. John’s Emerald Hill to Chisipite Senior School each move taught her something about adaptation, belonging, and the quiet art of starting over. It was in those corridors and assembly halls that she first learned servant leadership, found her voice through marimba, drama, war cries and began to understand what it means to hold both privilege and purpose as a Zimbabwean girl coming of age in the early 2000s.

Join her TODAY from 1pm to 2pm CAT on www.womanr.co.za as Rutendo traces how those years shaped the woman and storyteller she has become.
