Builder Neni combines the functionality of a Quantity Surveyor and a hardware store assistant. It helps users generate accurate quotations for construction projects, whether they're shopping in-store or planning on their phone.

From estimating materials for tiling, ceilings, roofing, painting, and plastering to managing budgets, Builder Neni simplifies the entire process for professional builders and DIY enthusiasts alike.

This app is a perfect example of how AI can be leveraged to prototype an investor-ready solution in just one day. With Builder Neni, I’ve shown that building smarter isn’t just about construction. It’s also about how we use tools to turn ideas into reality faster than ever.

Waiting for funding while self-funding a project is tough, but it builds character! Recently, at the Texpo event, thanks to POTRAZ, we got to exhibit Tutor Me! Even though we didn't have anything to sell, just interacting with people and showcasing our concept was a blast.
