With growing uncertainties in global funding, the commitment by African Health Ministers to strengthen efforts towards ending HIV by 2030 highlights the urgent need for domestic resource mobilisation and sustainable health financing.
The future of public health depends on resilient systems built by and for African communities.

At the GC8 Adolescent Dialogue, critical conversations centered on strengthening adolescent health programming through local innovation, stronger private-public partnerships, and increased domestic resource mobilisation.
As we navigate the gaps left by USG work stop orders, the dialogue reinforced the importance of building sustainable, community-driven solutions that ensure continued access to essential services for adolescents and young people.
Together, we move forward by championing resilience, collaboration, and homegrown responses that place young people at the center of change.

We were honoured to host NAC Board Members during their visit to our Brotha2Brotha programme in Epworth, where they witnessed firsthand the positive impact being made in the lives of adolescent boys and young men.
From livelihood projects such as sofa making, brick moulding, and barbering to improved health-seeking behaviour, SRHR uptake, and reduced drug and substance use, B2B continues to transform lives and strengthen communities.
We appreciate the recognition and support towards building a healthier, empowered generation.
