Running is where I refill my energy, reset my mind, and remember who I’m becoming.
Yesterday I took on a brutal, hilly 21km run. This is the toughest one I do every year — the kind of run that humbles you, stretches you, and then shows you exactly what you’re made of. It wasn’t about pace, it wasn’t about perfection; it was about courage. The courage to show up, to keep moving, and to finish something that tried to break me. It was a true reminder that growth lives in the toughest climbs!

Start running the right way 💚👟
If you’re thinking of starting your running journey, here are 5 simple beginner tips to help you begin with confidence:
1️⃣ Start slow – No pressure. Short jogs or run–walk intervals are perfect.
2️⃣ Get proper shoes – The right pair makes your run feel so much better.
3️⃣ Set small goals – Aim for minutes, not miles. Progress is progress.
4️⃣ Be consistent – Running regularly matters more than running fast.
5️⃣ Mix walking + running – It builds endurance gently and makes running less intimidating.
