Primson Management Services team recently concluded fieldwork activities in Rwanda focused on education. Implemented across multiple districts in Rwanda, the activities included training field staff, pilot testing, and school infrastructure assessments focused on WASH facilities, accessibility features, and inclusive learning environments.

This Women’s Month, we celebrate the power of data to make women’s voices visible!

Through our work supporting a Gender Impact Assessment in the lithium mining sector in Zimbabwe, we helped ensure that women’s voices and lived experiences were meaningfully captured. The assessment highlights how mining can affect women differently, from livelihoods and land access to employment opportunities and participation in decision making.
Why does this matter? When gender perspectives are integrated into research, the evidence generated can inform better policies, more equitable corporate practices, and stronger community engagement! Therefore, data that reflects women’s realities helps ensure that as industries and communities evolve, no one is left behind.
We remain committed to supporting work that ensures women’s voices are heard, included, and valued in research and decision making.
