DreamBox is riling up to hire you! We are looking for a person who can create imaginative, bombastic, exceptional, visionary, ingenious characters and environments. If you fit the bill then shoot your shot!

ROLE
The applicant must be able to consult the creative team, interpret their ideas and breathe life to them, by making characters and/or environments, depending on the brief.

Combine imagination, skill, and a hint of your awesome personality to all the art you make.

Have a keen eye for detail. You know the saying … “It’s the devil in the detail”.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communicate with the team to brainstorm ideas
• Create mood boards
• Have a strong sense of silhouetting
• A firm understanding of anthropomorphic anatomy (if you don’t know what it means, please don’t come)
• Create detailed concepts that are specific to the brief
• Be able to take constructive criticisms like a real trooper
• Improve concepts from feedback
• Integrate into the development pipeline and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Keep up to date with the latest design trends

REQUIREMENTS
• A strong portfolio showing inventive designs
• Excellent sketching abilities for rough conceptualisations
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Can deliver high quality projects against tight deadlines
• Willingness to learn new software
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once

Key requirements:
We’re looking for a software developer with an understanding of:

• Data structures (stacks, queues, multi-dimensional arrays, trees, graphs, etc.),
• Algorithms (searching, sorting, optimization, dynamic programming, etc.),
• Computability and complexity (P vs. NP, NP-complete problems, big-O notation, approximate algorithms, etc.),
• Computer architecture (memory, cache, bandwidth, deadlocks, distributed processing, etc.)
• Probability and Statistics
• Data Modeling and Evaluation
• Applying Machine Learning Algorithms and Libraries
• Software Engineering and System Design

You must be able to apply, implement, adapt or address them (as appropriate) when programming. Practice problems, coding competitions and hackathons are a great way to hone your skills.

Technical Requirements:
• Python

Responsibilities:
Combine several different machine learning algorithms with domain knowledge to meet business requirements.
Work under the guidance of seniors where necessary to ensure that the development or maintenance performed does not compromise the quality or functionality
Comprehensively create and maintain documentation of the software and system implementation, according to documentation standards.
In production, provide support for product-related issues with the appropriate amount of urgency, while quickly identifying the problem scope.
Analyse requirements, perform experimentation and document the proposed solution, in conjunction with Lead and Senior Machine Learning Engineers, according to best practice.
