World Menstrual Hygiene Day

Menstruation should never be a barrier to education, confidence, opportunity, or dignity. Yet for many girls and women, period poverty and stigma continue to affect their daily lives and limit their potential.

This , remains committed to promoting menstrual health, dignity, and empowerment for women and girls through awareness, advocacy, and our Reusable Sanitary Pads Project.

We are encouraging girls, mothers, and women to learn reusable pads making skills that not only promote sustainable menstrual hygiene management, but can also become a source of empowerment and livelihood support.
