There is a woman in almost every family business who carries the weight quietly.
She keeps the business steady when the economy shakes.
She absorbs risk no one names.
She protects the family name, often without protection of her own.
She did not inherit ease.
She inherited responsibility.
In Zimbabwe, that responsibility comes with uncertainty, volatile markets, informal structures, unspoken expectations, and decisions that can cost families everything if made too late or alone.
On Tuesday 24 March 2026 in Harare, we are creating a rare, closed-door space for that woman.
Women, Wealth & the Family Business: A Masterclass, is for women who are inside family businesses, whether by birth, marriage, or appointment, and feel the quiet pressure of holding it all together.
This masterclass speaks to:
• The woman managing risk in a business built on trust, not paperwork.
• The woman modernising a legacy while trying not to fracture family ties.
• The woman navigating marriage, in-laws, and money, knowing one wrong move can leak wealth across generations.
We will name the problems many women carry silently and offer practical frameworks for protection, continuity, and clarity.
This is not about inspiration.
It is about relief.
About finally having language, strategy, and support for the realities women face in family enterprises.
This Women’s Month, we are not just celebrating women. We are positioning them.

YouTube has some big news for budding content creators and influencers. People thinking of venturing into the world of video content creation through YouTube might have to face some new challenges due to YouTube's new monetization rules.
This means that channels that post reactions or compilations will have to add their own meaningful value to the existing content. Additionally, those making tutorials and vlogs will need to not using existing clips and text-to-speech narrations. Those relying on AI-generated videos might be at risk of losing their monetization privileges as well.
