John 15:1 - “I am the true vine, and my Father is the vine dresser.

John 14:6 - Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

John 11:25 - Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he dies, yet shall he live,"

John 10:9 - I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture.

John 10:14 - I am the good shepherd. I know my own, and my own know me.

Jesus is the only entry point into the kingdom. But not only is He the entry point, but he knows in detail those who enter into the kingdom. No one can be saved except through Jesus, and no one can enjoy all the kingdom's benefits except having gone through the only true door!

John 8:12 - Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

Just like the sun lightens up the world, Jesus lights up the world. In addition to lighting up the world, the sun lights up the moon so that it can light up the world. Jesus does not only light up the world, but his followers also become the light of the world.

John 6:35 - Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst.”

Not only is God a Provider for our physical needs, but His Word, made flesh, satisfies the needs of our souls. He alone is the true source of spiritual life, both in this present world and in the everlasting life to come. The Bread of Life that Jesus represents never perishes, spoils, or runs out. The people expected manna from him, but Jesus here explains that he was the manna manifested as a man!

Time and Opportunity happen to all. Everyone gets their shot at success, but only the determined get to make it. Ruth and Orpah both got their shot, but what differentiated them was resolution. How serious are you to succeed?

Determination takes courage and a made-up mind. To be taken seriously, you have to be resolute. Despite the obstacles and impediments, Ruth remained resolute about going, and she got her to wish. Success has never been up to luck or chance, but a matter of determination. So make a bold move today!
